PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The GEAR UP Business Entities Virtual Seminar is a timely refresher and update presented by tax professionals for tax professionals. Our speakers operate the same type of practice, and they service the same-sized clients as you. Presentations are fast-paced and supported with relatable examples and case studies that ensure maximizing tax savings and federal tax compliance for clients.
The seminar navigates through all the federal business tax changes contained in the “Big, Beautiful Bill” currently navigating its way through Congress, as well as other tax changes occurring since last year. It also reviews administrative actions, court decisions, and other developments that impact your business clients, along with analysis to ensure you can effectively counsel clients on their reporting and tax management options. It also reviews how applicable entities can provide tax minimization and management advantages based on the business type.
The session provides multiple opportunities to confidentially ask questions about those unique and not often managed business tax issues to ensure your clients are in full compliance.
Presentations are supported by a PDF of the reference guide that you can use and reproduce if you choose. If presenter slides for the seminar are available, these will also be forwarded to you prior to the event.
